Nothing here governs consulting work. If we are engaged to deliver something, that engagement runs under a separate written agreement — a statement of work or master services agreement — and where that agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement wins every time.

What we publish here — including anything on the Salesforce, Apps and Open Source pages, and every article on the blog — is general information about how we work and what we have learned. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any particular action with your own systems. Your architecture is yours; please do not treat a blog post as a substitute for looking at it properly.
We try to keep what we publish accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either. Platform behaviour changes, and older posts age.
