The short version
This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies on visitors. The only information we hold about you is what you type into the contact form and choose to send us.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we store what you entered:
- Name — as you enter it
- Email address — so we can reply
- Phone number — optional
- Company — optional
- Message — whatever you choose to tell us
Alongside that submission we record three technical details:
- Referring page — the page you submitted the form from, so we know how you reached us
- Browser user agent — the identifier your browser sends with every request
- A one-way hash of your IP address — truncated, and used only to rate-limit repeat submissions. We do not store your IP address itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into one
We collect nothing else. Browsing the site without using the contact form leaves us with no record of you.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. The IP hash exists for one narrower reason: to stop the form being submitted repeatedly by automated traffic.
Where it goes
- Stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, which we control.
- Emailed to us at sales@hallowsgroup.com so an enquiry is not missed.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone for their own purposes.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the contact database. They process the data on our instructions.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent when a page loads. Google does not set cookies for this. If you would rather avoid it, a content blocker will stop the request and the site will fall back to your system fonts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we have a business reason to keep it afterwards. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@hallowsgroup.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top. This version is effective 22 August 2026.
